No.
If you die and click the green flag you stay invisible, can shoot, can't move, and the screen turns black, then they start coming.

I worked on the final one today, and I fixed the problem about the ships appering at the bottom of the screen. The final game should come out within two weeks.

Great! Try to make different enemies do different things and, please stop them from appearing at the bottom.
That's a glitch that I can't get rid of. I'm working on the full game, but I can't find a problem. I might try starting over, with making the scrips.
