This little piece was made partially for me to learn but more for teaching my son how to do it. I use different techniques, simple ones, to let him see how there is more than one way to do a particular action. I've also shown him each step along the way so he could see the process build from something very elementary to something slightly more complex. now it's his turn.... 1.0 Scratch the kitty moves across the screen chased by a gliding robot. The background fades in and out and changes on mouse click on space bar. 1.1 Fading works properly now. Sprites are cued using broadcast events instead of timing. 1.2 Better fade-in and fade-out appearance. Added sound effects, cheesy though they are. Perspective created using size change and movement.
