This is the potionmixer's workshop -- take the tutorial if it's you're first time. The "Extract" button is like undo. Normally, you will add 10 tsp. of your potions, but if the ingredients says something like "5 death" then it means that you don't have enough left for 10, so you use the rest. That's all that isn't in the tutorial.
