Meh. I'm running Linux right now, but if I had to choose between a PC with Microsoft and a Mac, I'd probably pick the PC.

Yeah I'm going to start actuall programming, I'm going to learn Python and make Scratch in Python and see if scratch team will let me make a 1.5 beta, but it will be awhile cause I gotta learn Python first.
And when I get more advanced in my programming skills I might as well convert scratchs squeak to a lua or ruby or python scripting, everything would work better you know.
(view all replies)Microsoft hasn't been surpassed *SHEESH* with Windows 7 Mac is already screwed and oh well I don't care about Linux and Ubuntu cause I haven't used them and the only one of the two I plan on is Linux I'll give Linux a shot sometime and when I learn squeak I'll make a scratch for Linux and Ubuntu, might as well as much as I love messing around with comupters you know?And I'll give it the features that I'll make for Windows, and so pretty much I'm leaving Mac in the dust.

lol!!! mac = nerdy windows = cool people!!! and you know why i'll never get a mac? sure, they are a wee bit easier to use, but apple macs are seriously uncool, cuz they are used by people who like to show off and are a bit nerdy. where as windows are the people's computer, that are noraml, un boastful and not nerdy. and do you know why i won't get an i-phone? same reasons, and they are expencive and will get nicked and nobody will like u ever again. WINDOWS RULE, APPLE ARE DULL, NERDY FOOLS! HA!
I run windows xp. But I'm still a nerd and I'm proud of it!
And my PC is a HP and almost all of its parts are made of NVIDIA parts I discovered by a complete chance!And plus NVIDIA does graphics, computer parts, graphic cards, motherboards, ect. actually NVIDIA does just about everything!
I agree, I'll never get a iPod, I'll get a Zune, cause Zune is the best MP3 player cause it uses NVIDIA and thats why Zune can hold like x1000 (seriously) more songs that the leading iPod, and Zune is the MP3 by Microsoft!:)

(view all replies)Yeah that Mac I talked about my teacher had before the OS X Panther just crashed and wouldn't even start-up pretty much, but the OS X Panther always on the web seems to be said to have more problems that a just flat out OS X, does this mean Mac just got greedy?HELL YEAH!
I use HP, HP vs Dell, HP wins or its a tie who knows, probably a tie cause they both use Windows anyways going on, the one teacher before she got a OS X Panther in her room her old Mac that wasn't even a year old died, and when I say died like...total Mac style shutdown FOREVER.Which that happened RIGHT before school started practially but when I say before it started, I mean this school year and during the summer.
