Impressive! PS if anyone was born an a Friday they are destined to have an unhappy life(acording to the vikings/norse), so they spared those "doomed" babies by killing them. Not any more(DUH!!)
Great project Abrulz! I'm glad this got featured. Just one mistake to point out... you don't have a leap year in years divisible by 100, UNLESS the year is divisible by 400. Then, in that case, you have a leap year. Anyway, congratulations for getting this featured, Abrulz!
Nice!!! There will be a new block in streak, that allows access to date, time, etc. This sort of project could have a lot more potential, with that, don't you think?
dude this is cool, im born on a friday, anyway speaking of equations, you might like my new binary calculator that i made, you just enter the 1's and 0's and it does the rest for you. you might wanna check it out (link to project)">(link to project)
I made a better version <a href="http://dragcave.net/view/QQ9R"><img src="http://dragcave.net/image/QQ9R.gif" style="border-width: 0" alt="Adopt one today!"/></a>
cool! at first i looked and thought you could just typed the date. until i clcked "Day" and saw what it is realy meant for.....in that case....great projecct!
noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! i was born on a monday!!!!! thats the worst day of the week!!!!! nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
it has a glitch. when it says "invalid", and the numbers show 0, then it doesn't set the variables of the numbers back to 0. cool, it works... I think. at least it's always been Sunday-monday-tuesday-wednesday-etc.
Using a calculation that I found on Wikipedia, I made it so that you can put your mouse over a number up the top, and type in a number. Then, click 'Day', and you will see the date. 'Tips' tells you what I just told you, and 'Clear' clears the screen. Enjoy!

YOU ARE A GENIUS!!!!!!
no he just used an equation from wikipedia :P

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! i was born on a monday!!!!! thats the worst day of the week!!!!! nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
cool! but u cant type anything in first letters of day or month
oh wait, now its working, srange...
This is awesome!
Awesome, but little glitchy ( in typing date in)
Great the day for my birthday my wife's and my daughter. Yay;=>
congrads on featured!
clever!
wow
Actually it was just a glitch. It is right!
Altough my bithday was Saturday, not Tursday. Great method though!
In Australia, we say Day/Month/Year, that's why I made it that.
ps: it should be month/day/year not day/month/year
I prefer it like it is (Just my personal opinion)
Yes, only in America you say month/day/year... Altought 9/11 is a bit scarier than 11/9...
that is awesome and somewhat scary
christmas this year will be on a Friday!
cool
it says today doen't exsist. 13/3/2009 or 3/13/2009. i guess i (and the reast of the world) don't exsist.
actually i just tried that and it doews work, maybe u should try downloading it
(view all replies)it doesnt work
Awesome! However, it would have been better if it was in MM/DD/YYYY format.
it has a glitch. when it says "invalid", and the numbers show 0, then it doesn't set the variables of the numbers back to 0. cool, it works... I think. at least it's always been Sunday-monday-tuesday-wednesday-etc.
This is really really good!!!!
it isnt working when i put in the date today (3/13/09)
well... if you put it in that way, you made a thirteenth month.
cool
It works! It's awesome. :D
This Is absolutely Incredible!
How'd you find this equation? It's genius!
You can: Go to [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calculating_the_day_of_the_week">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calculating_the_day_of_the_week] to find the equation Go to Wikipedia and type in "calculating the day of the week" Or go to google and type in "how to calculate the day of the week"
(view all replies)hey- today's friday the 13th! oh, and i was born on the 13th, but according to this, not friday!
13 isn't always a Friday, so you could have been born on the 13th, but not Friday (unless you were born today).
I tried it and it did show today as Friday, March 13. Maybe you put the numbers in incorrectly.
(view all replies)Woohoo go Monday!
never mind
it's not working for me
thats awesome!
