This place is pretty much abandoned...it had so much promise... I might as well reminisce while I'm here: I remember back when I joined Crank Inc. I just made front page with my Scratch windows style game emulator...the last project I ever made to stay on the front page until it was 2 weeks old and the last that I can think of that was in the top downloaded, top loved, and top viewed all at the same time. Whatever happened to top downloaded? You whippersnappers probably have no idea what I said.
They removed top downloaded because it was somewhat useless and they wanted moe space for other sections like scratch design studio and the curator section.
I made front page! That hasn't happened to me in so long. It really refuels my confidence. MyRedNeptune is still on there too. Two members of Crank Inc. on the front page!! :) AWESOME!!!
Its summer vacation, and I have a rekindled interest in Scratch. By the by, have any of you tried out Scratch 1.4? It is so cool. I'm going to create a racing game that allows you to input your name for use in high scores and what not.
I saw your game, really nice work. I wish we (and that is everyone from this 'company' who's still active) could team up to create a game. Y'know, all of these people here are really talented Scratchers. I'd wish to work with you again :)
Hey, stupid question here, but am I still a member or have I been "fired"? Cause I never really quit or had a falling out with the members here, but I have been virtually inactive with Crank Inc. and lost pretty much all interest in Scratch. I still come on periodically to Scratch. By the by, did they change the comments thingy? Because last I remembered (which was 10 months ago...) I had over 3000 messages I hadn't deleted. Now I have 751. This Scratch is all weird to me now.

When I mean shadow of my old self, I meant that only because coming on Scratch again after seemingly so long, has a certain je ne sais quoi...sort of like taking a trip down memory lane.
I am now played out, like 80's heavy metal (which is weird, cause that is pretty much all I listen to when it comes to music) and have been doing other things in real life. I am now a shadow of my former self; a Scratch member who was once so into it, and just did it, but quit because people stopped looking at my projects, that is how I feel. That is why I gave up.Sorry to take up comment space, but this is one of the few places I can go and tell others my thoughts without ridicule or otherwise.

Oh that's what you mean.... Well, I signed up on Scratch and started using the Forums a lot and then one day I get a message from the Scratch Team asking me if I want to be Forum Moderator. We discussed it and in the end I said yes and they made me a Forum Moderator. You can't actually "sign up" to be a Forum Moderator by yourself.
1. In this gallery. 2. No, I'm not in the Scratch Team. I am a Forum Moderator, but that's only on the Forums. Other than that, I'm just a plain Scratch user.
Wow... this is the first time I've been on Scratch since School started again for me. I have had no time for Scratch anymore... besides, I'm learning C++ (a more complex programming language) at school, so I've moved to bigger and better things.
C++ sounds cool, I should learn it too, but I don't think I'm ready yet. I'm learning C right now, and it's very cool. ^_^ Once I feel very comfortable with C, I'll learn C++. What do you think of it so far? :-)

THIS place! We just need Boopaloo for the art in NewspaperSky; but for now, JSO is making do with all we've got. And as you know MRN is fixing up MyUnicorn, and I'm trying to finish RushCrank.
And the dialogue would consist of the shadow that's talking face materialize at the top of the screen, while text ghostly fades in next to the face.The shadows would look like dark shapes assembled into forms, with bare holes for eyes. I'm 100% open to change in the games design. So, are any of you interested?

(completely other gameplay, but the title is "grayscale" and the enemy tries to ban the color from the world, and you have to prevent that.) Hey, I just had a interesting (Yet strange) project idea and I came her to see if anyone wanted me to help make it. It's about well, a shady like figure navigating a realm entirely made about of shadows. And randomly, the world would turn a dark blue color, yet the shadows would retain their color, yet many things would morph into more dangerous beings. cat's become hulking feline feasts, rocks become boulders ect. And everything would be black, besides the background.
hmm... weird just came back here to see how crank inc. is doin and I cam up with an idea, you guys should not just use an IM program for chatting about the games you're working on, but also there's a technology that allows you to view other peoples computer screens, basically you can see what other members are working on and tell them what they should add to the game, you could use that sorta thing if you want, but I'm pretty sure you're gonna say no
Okay, here it is. Rush Crank is about two people who's parents died and they have a adventure on Rush Crank Island. My Unicorn is about taking care of a unicorn. And newspaper sky is about A girl who delivers allied plans disguised as newspaper during world war II

C++ is a insane step up from scratch. It is a extremely powerful professional language.
