To change the picture of the gallerie you have to have made the gallerie.If you have to have made the gallerie It should say "change picture" in the top right corner of the gallerie.
To change your account picture you click "my stuff" up top then to the left where it shows your account stuff there should be a button that sais "Change Picture"
