since raytracers can be slow, here is a tip: download, and play them in "TURBO SPEED"! to do this, hold shift and click on "extras", then click on "Set single stepping", and finally, click on "Turbo speed". Much faster!
A post about version 1.2 was posted here: (link to forums)">(link to forum) There is a variable block with that lets you retrieve the current background.
and, how do you get the updated version of scratch (1.2)? And, is there a round block with "background" on it? If so, they would be very useful. You wouldn't have to use variables anymore.
I have a project, that when you change the sprite size or color, and then go to eraser, i want it to remember (recognize) the same pen size or color after going back to drawing. Although it may be easier to make with the pen down, i made my painting project a sprite that stamps when mouse is down (because it is an airbrush sprite. I have asked this question to many other people, and i really want to be able to know how to do it. Can you try out a small project that i can download that expresses this idea?

What a great resource! But...where are Parts 1 and 4?
That's strange. I was fairly sure that they were in here. Should be there now.

You have to create variables to store the size and color. Post a link to the project so that we can discuss more about it there.
