RULES:

1. Points system.
Points are given out by me and me only during the RPG. I will be monitoring it as much as I can.
There are two types of points~ Positive and Negative.
Positive points are given out not only when you win a battle or capture enemies, they will also be given out when you-
Make alliances
Play fair
Be a good sport
RPG well
Make a good plot
Tactics
Team Spirit
Battle-related projects. (Not including bios.)
Anyway, you want Positive points.

Negative points are BAD. They occur when you powerplay, god-mod, make yourself invincible, cyberbully, boast, and insult. If you get too many negative points I put you on the BAD list.

2. The BAD list.
Basically a ban list. These are the people who have obviously not read the rules. All I do is add you to the list below and ignore you so your comments do not show up. When I decide you can I will remove you.

3. Basic rules.
This is a war, but let's not get carried away. Remember that winning isn't everything and this is supposed to be FUN. F is for friends who do stuff together, U is- you get it.
Once again, RPG fairly. If you do not know how to RPG- Basically it's a chatroom game. You play as your character in the comments and interact with other users.
So when I say fairly- Give people a chance. If you can't agree just play a game of online paper scissors rock, or introduce a new element of play to the game. I don't know, you guys are creative. Work something out.

4. Teams and characters.

First I want to make two things clear. Only 8 teams, and only 1 character per user. Multiple users are allowed, if you happen to have sub-accounts. If you want to enter, please don't say ''Can I join?'' otherwise I'll ignore you. Please state your character and team, and any other details you'd like to confirm with me.
If people are RPGing I may not see it, so you can post your entry comment over here http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/48442 or in the Scratch War project if you are worried about that.
If your entry is accepted it shall go in the list below! ^^

A NOTE ON KILLING:
You are allowed to kill other people's characters in this RPG, as long as they give you permission. Your character will be brought back to life at the end of the war. If your character dies somehow, I give you permission to get a new one and join a different team.
