I just wanted to share some ideas and comments for scratch:
Ever since i started scratch, i look at games and technology so much differently. One of my ideas that i was wondering if it was possible, is, can you actually "connect" in one of your projects with multiple people? I know it is an idea that is extremely complex and complicated. But, if you can connect on AIM and things like E-mail, couldn't it be possible in the scratch coding since it was made to connect in other programs? Perhaps with variables, or used with an advanced block or script. You may delete this when read.
sorry for leaving so many comments, but I was wondering, in the updated version of scratch, are you going to make a round "background" block. That way, you would not have to involve any variables. In fact, it would be able to extend multiple possibilities!
I also thought of the idea of "undo" and "redo" for sprites, but i do not understand the way it works with comparing the variables. Perhaps it involves broadcasting (of course) and defiantly "remembering" the actions taken.
I have a question about scratch. I saw your comment on my scratch paint advanced project and was wondering, is there an actual way to create a variable that remembers your "pen size", or "color" after you change it or go to an eraser? If so, can you create a small project demonstrating the concept, so i can download it and analyze the codes and scripts of the project (and hopefully fix my pen size situation)?
No this isn't the first gallery (although it is pretty early #57). It doesn't have a number because I renamed it after the galleries were converted to get rid of the number. Let me know when you've seen this comment and then I'll delete it - thanks for looking at my gallery.
