we honestly just need more reliable members. Spine/-vizard- is a really great member, but his computer broke a while ago. Jimihendrix and kakashi_hatake are completely unreliable, and go in waves. And thats all r members. I have tried recturing, but nobody who will be loyal will join. Unless they suck.

(view all replies)So SINK's status would be medium. You would be the PTP, I would be the STP, and I would be the OGM. Magic Stones' status would be active, I would be the PTP and the OGM, and you *could* be the STP, but you haven't seen it yet. But b4 we put it in the gallery we could make it so that there *has* to be at least two people that have made changes to it. Or not, your choice. :D

(view all replies)To improve the organization of this gallery I suggest that each game would have a status: idle (we aren't working on it at the moment) medium (we work on it sometimes) and active (it's one of the main games we're working on.) also, we should have for each game someone in the gallery that is the PTP (primary tester and programmer) STP (secondary tester and programmer) and OGM (overall graphics maker.)

i do not think that that would really help the organization much.... i think just that the main programmer should publish the final work in their name, and as a moo productions work. or only as a moo productions work. i am SO communist xD
(view all replies)Good news everybody! I am making a new game that can be added to the MP arcade! It's called Magic Stones. It's a classic Mario-type platformer that has arcade graphics. Moocow: You can work on SINK for the time being. I'll post the demo version once I finish it and see how you like it!
Turns out hte "smooth movement" strategy doesn't work... :( I spent a half hour on it but then I had to go back to version 1.0.0... so sad...

(view all replies)ok, moocow4 you can be in charge of SINK the scroller version. I am doing a level editor for SINK that only works with the non-scrolling version. (also the non scrolling version is less laggy) Make sure to add your changes to the release notes!
i haven't made much progress..... i'll do it in 5 minutes today though xD

I had a lot of homework last year, but he never really graded the math homeowkr, so i would always put random answers xD and then i would try to do everything else as fast as possible and then do really bad on them :P but im not stupid. i still got all As

Hey moocow, I just came out with a horizontal plane figure project that realistically renders the rotation of a plane figure. I am next planning to make pen circles with the sine feature of scratch. Should we make a gallery for these types of projects? You can look at them.

I have an idea Moocow4. How about if we added SINK to MP? Whoever wanted to make levels would need a quick tutorial (it's a bit complicated) but even if you wouldn't want to make levels, you could still improve the graphics (robot graphics, door graphics) sensing (wall sensing that actually works online) and motion (maybe w/ velocities.) That would need a bit of programming, but I'm sure it could be done! You should take a look at it. (link to project)
and then the final project is gonna be a big surprise... who wants to work on it? i'd recomend this for kakashi_hatake, or password54321. they will know what do best (jimihendrix, its because its a scroller.)

(view all replies)now for the good news:keshik rider will be like the best game on scratch once it's done. It will have a few levels, a wonderful smooth scrolling engine, some change of pace to the usual scroller, an arrow that works well, and an energy system. Space invader, the first mp arcade project is almost done and REALLY addicting. a wonderful game. Pacman is hopefully coming along. after that im thinking 2 player pong.
I need to finish the scrolling engine for SINK first. Also, I discovered that my old version of Pong had some bouncing problems, so I'll start over. Do you want it to be part of the arcade? About Pac-Man: I made a really HORRIBLE Pac-Man once. Just a comment, lol. It was like my 10th project.
about Keshikrider: I could change the horse energy variable into text numbers, like I did in Survival16. There would have to be a limit to the energy (like, the energy couldn't be more than 1,000) but I could do it. I can do that now if you want.
I think I can do 2 player pong. I made Pong with artificial intelligence a while back, so I could change the way it's played to make it be 2 player. It would be really easy

Kakashi_hatake is Active(although i havent given him something to work on). jimihendrix09 is active too. d0g10ver is active. Linkoftermina quit. X-cell and Chaotic physics are both rotting slowly.
(continued) which stopped me. I tried to get together a cluster of games into a big arcade thing, but it exceeded 10 megabytes plus alot of them were incomplete. I decided to go online and see what everyone was up to, and by then the number of projects had nearly doubled and I had 147 new messages (no kidding!) Anyway, to wrap it up, you can add me to the list of active members now. Sorry for me not being active!
ur not talking about me, are u? xD actually, I was becoming less active. I spent months without looking at scratch at all. but actually I was doing it offline. I spent a lot of that time working on SINK, Rotation Defense, and Survival16. I also worked on a game called Exploit Scratchified, but I found out that it was impossible due to the lack of an incredibly useful block that I wish Scratch would have...

if u like to work on games alone, use art from teh artists. and then send it to other mp ppl for testing and such. thats what i do usually... lol
