bizarro world is just a gallery made by ScratchDesignStudio where you put games about things like Scratch or the Scratch Cat that are, well, bizarr, or are unlike real life.
A cat who sleeps on stage is pretty bizarro! It reminds me of a hypnosis show I once saw - a member of the audience was put to "sleep". It was very bizarre to watch!
