cool. a little bit hard though. and you know how in Tix it has a computer screen that makes it harder to see, maybe you can do that instead of having it pitch black. It is a very good game though.

(view all replies)Anyway, you should definitely read the gallery description, or at least skim it. You should TRY to post a comment at gray bear at least every two days, but it's okay if you can't. We're all pretty busy... Every Saturday, there is a new "member of the week" who is someone who has been especially active or helpful that week. 2. USA government makes a program that would help army. Then they realize that it is too dangerous and could easily get out of control, and they delete it. But one person makes a copy and takes it home. Their kid sees the program for running Tix on the computer, and while examining it accidentally turns the robot on. Tix, few rooms away, wakes up. As predicted, the robot ignores the commands it is getting from the computer, and leaves the house.
ok, mayb the gov. could be evil, and their using tix to take over the world. tix could defeat 1 of the experiment sent after him, but the experiment tells him about it. tix and the other experiment go back to the gov., beat them into next week, become heros, save the world, all that junk
this other experiment doesn't want to have the program inside of it, but the program is too strong. the program uses the robot to help it escape, and takes it over until the program is the robot, and the earlier experiment can't do anything, and has basically died. the government sends other experiments after the program, but the program defeats them all. a bunch of other stuff happens programs turns good saves the world or something yadda yadda yadda. again, this is just my opinion.
ok, im not in gbp, so im sry if im not susposed 2 b talking here, but i think that's a good story line that needs some changes. if u ask me (which u didn't, but oh well), the program should b made 2 do ordinary things, like b an alarm clock, or let u know when u got an email, but the robot knows it's capable of so much more. so 1 night, when they shut it off, it turns itself on, and downloads itself into another experiment they r working on. knot enough space, starting new comment 500 characters
Hmm I believe that this one would best suit the game, however how would it leave the house when it is still in the computer?
(view all replies)1. Tix is a computer program where the point is to take over the world. The program downloads itself onto a robot originally designed to do chores, and the robot starts to follow the program. Other robots try to stop him. I suppose it would take place in the far future.

Lol, there are a lot of ways to do 4 way scrolling with 4 sprites. Some ways are probably better than others, though. I usually use variables, but there must be a better way. How are you doing it?

...large piece of land. i am thinking of making a second 4-way scrolling map and putting in all of the terrain that you dont want to walk on, while erasing all of the terrain that you DO want to walk on. i hope that makes sense lol! anyway i wanted gray bear to help because of the immense workload that comes with making a map this size. i finished the map yesterday so i know what it loooks like but now i have to separate it into smaller pieces and import them separately. i should be able to

It is an rpg that takes place over a HUGE HUMUNGOUS EXTREMELY LARGE map. now that is a good thing but the problem with that is that to make it into a scroller the map needs to be separated into different pieces and then imported into scratch. otherwise the map will be really small when it is imported. this will take me a loooooong time! now what i really think is going to cause trouble is that i need to make sensing on such a...

I just thought of something ironic (no offense environmentalists) if the world is warming (which it is) and causes it to become colder, that would create a balance!
