YES all game level framework is done, so the game code need to respond on gamestart brodcast check if right level and have stop gamestop broccast, it very easy to add levels. and thsi get good speed for only code needed should be activade.
Game Framwor a try to make help for build levels games and to have look alike GUI to start and choose levels, after building my first scratch game hitmath, i saw it was hard to make levels afterwards the code get messy.
have and idee, start easy one level, add stuff. Don't spend 8hour making a nice welcome or start screen. In scratch you can make great game if you don't have to many object. hope that helped
