if its your stuff then there is a button in the gallery above the gallery description, if its not then some times it set up so that anyone or some or the owners friends can add the same way as i just said, and if you are putting in someone elses then there is a button under the project that says add to gallery, and then a small erea will show and all your gallerys are there, then you select what ones you want to add it to, and then go and check the gallery and it should be there.
