No -it was another member of the Scratch Team, andresmh. He posted the following message on one of Doody's projects: "I just wanted to let you know that this account was not blocked. The IP address linked to this account was been blocked because it was linked to other accounts that were posting disrespectful comments. Basically the same computer was used by the same person (or different people) to create different accounts to harass other users."
I bookmarked it but still can't add my lightning loader. Please add it to your gallery, Scratch, or at least check it out!(in case it's more confusing than I think the project is called "lightning loader.")
i hope in future there will be another axis named z with 3d angles and a better editor which could support bone modifications as charachter shop and world maker as 3d wold maker from the game creators it should also support .dae or .skp or .3ds formats if so scrath is going to be the best software in the world
No... Scratch shouldn't be 3d. People would be too young to understand it... Plus, you'd need to find out which things you'd want to include, and which things you don't want to include. For example, would you want to include animations? Would you want to have fog and other lighting effects? I know that both of them are good, but scratch is already too slow. Let's not stuff it up with 3d, and let's have our 3d stuff done in real programming languages, like python! (Python's my favorite language!)
u kno what would b easier if instead of sprites, u could just say, if i recieve costume# and if key pressed switch to. s you could do different attacks with the same sprite if that makes any sense 2 u.
The games we make should have more 3d full sprites with all the costumes and you should be abe to make it so you could play a multiplayer game that you made instead of having to use the same computer
I want multiplayer... But I'd much rather have people work for 3d... 3d is a very complicated thing! In fact, it takes years to make a program that can make 3d stuff! If you want 3d, don't go to scratch, go to a program called "google sketchup". Just google it! It's really simple! You can easily make a house, a car, a person... Ect. Everything!
A sprite factory: so you can request a new sprite from the factory, which is just a copy of itself (if that makes sense). You could loop through each sprite made by the factory.
it wood be cool, like if there where blocks that said if points = somthing switch to sprite# and instead of just having scripts costumes and sound, you should add sprite, so if u, lets say if u wanted to have ur sprite have special powers 4 a form,u could say switch 2 sprite#, so it doesint matter where u r, that sprite will go in the same spot the other sprite of the sprite was.
In response to your above reply... There already are more programming languages out there that are better than scratch as for 3d, and other features. What makes scratch special, however, is the fact of it's simplicity, yet how complicated you can make things.
