Added a new version, with slightly modified beginning screen and now the ball is a 10-frame animation of Neptune spinning!

Personally, I agree with Maki and Yibbert. Voting will end this weekend, since that is probably the soonest I'll have time to work on any projects, and if we don't want GBP to fall apart again while waiting for everyone else to vote, since it will probably take them a long time if they haven't voted by Saturday. Is this okay?
Sounds cool with me. Thanksgiving break starts tomorrow for me so I will put on the project I promised.

Hello Everyone! :D Now that we are active, we should decide what to do. Should we 1) Polish and release Tix. 2) Finish Coraline. 3) Start something new. Vote for ONE option. (and by the way... if we do work on Coraline, someone else has to be in charge, because I know *nothing* about Coraline. Lanie? )

I personally think that we should finish Tix first, and then start a new thing. In my opinion, I don't think Coraline will get very far.
I will make the ball project tonight after diving. Not really sure what I will do yet though.

Hello everyone in Gray Bear!! I want to keep the company together, so to do that, I have made a small project that we can all add to. The idea is that it won't take long, but it will get everyone in GBP on the same page again. So, humor me, and follow the instructions! :-)

Coraline related or no?
(view all replies)I made a project that has a bouncing green sphere in it. The sphere can be dragged. Occasionally, if you drag the sphere to the bottom of the screen while it is rising, it will get stuck on the blue line. Also, the background is very plain, and there is no music. Anyone who can either: 1. Fix the programming 2. Draw a pretty/interesting background or 3. Add music gets a cookie and their own planet. More than one person can do this - there are plenty of cookies and planets to go around.

(view all replies)Lol, it's okay, I met Neptune through Crank inc, so I'm still glad I joined. And yeah, it probably would have been great. I'd try to finish it, but Boopaloo (the artist for Newspaper Sky) left a while ago, so that makes things difficult. :P
(view all replies)Replying to comment about Crank inc: Yes, I was in Crank inc for a while, but MyRedNeptune, being the yung fule that she is, did not really provide an opportunity for other people to contribute, and refused to show us the company's projects, so a few people left. And then, she stopped working on the projects or supporting the company, so it's rather dead now.

Hello Yibbert! :D You've taken over organizing and keeping the company together in the past, and have done very well. Do you think you could help me and Lanie now, since we don't have time to be online a lot? I know you're busy, too, but with all three of us, we should be able to keep GBP running.

Lanie already is a founder, but she has the same problem. Actually, she probably is higher ranking than me, since Force originally wanted to make a company, but asked Lanie to help, and I came along a little later. Anyway. Thanks for your ideas! :-)

I will try to comment here at least once a day and help everyone know what is going on. On another note, a friend of mine from school would like to join Gray Bear. He has not used Scratch very much, but he's a good programmer in other languages, and he's very smart, so he should catch on very quickly. His username is edmunddantes. Tell me if there's anything else I should add! Also, on the subject of Coraline, I can't really help with that game. I have no idea what Coraline is.... -_- I'm sorry. I can help with other things, though - now that I have Force's password, the gallery description will always be up to date.
