yes just make a cat any opening and mind no queens or kits and deputies can only be appointed to that clan by the owner of the leader in that clan.

ok but you have to make winterstar leader of evilclan to be able to appoint deputies for that clan. whoever owns a leader in woe can appoint the deputy for that clan
