i just added a project that renders a vanishing point on any polygon - the real math is in the code to create any polygon of your choice, up to 24 angles and with varying size
Sorry to hear that! I remember in math when I was learning the quadratic equation, my teacher taught us a song, which I have stuck in my head now......X=-b + or - radical(b^2-4AC) all over 2A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you do not like it, then why did you click in here? It does not make sense that someone who does not like math would look at a math gallery. What do you like?
Mathematics controls the affects of all the graphics in programs. If you want to be a programmer and your programs involve graphics, you will need to learn some math!
For some reason, many people take pride in hating math or in not being good at it, yet people try to hide the fact that they can't read (if that is the case). Why is it acceptable to be illnumerate, but not acceptable to be illiterate! If you want to be educated, you need both.
I can answer! It is called an avatar, as you know. Moving avatars are pictures linked together and saved in gif format. Here is a good site for them: www.gifs.net Just select your category, right click it, save it as whatever you want, then go to your profile, click change picture, and select your gif. Try to save your gif as a picture so you can find it easily. If you need any more help, let me know!
Lol, math can be kind of hard to understand, but with a lot of practice (or a good teacher) it really is not bad at all. I like math personally, which is why I made this, but I can understand fully how confusing it can be at times. I like how the projects that people have added here are not overwhelming at all!
Thanks! My spiral maker actually took a bit of thinking, since there are no basic formulas I can think of for it. I figured out based on angle of the bar, it moved a greater number of steps, put the pen down, and repeated. I think it works pretty well!
... I updated my caculator. It now has a 0(whoops I forgot that inV.1.) and decimals(only goes up to tenth place since Scratch always rounds up variables to the tenth place:( )
