Gallery description
Here in Scratch Wars u create a country and fight other members countries. the fighting takes place in the Scratch War Room. U battle by taking turns like saying "i attack ur east port with 5 battle ships" the other person
will counter "i positon my machines gunners and attack"
If u win u get ur openest counrty or part of it. If they surrender u get a part
u have to also put country in the scratch war room
There is also a Gold system. U keep track of ur gold by Writting ur amount in the Project Notes. for example u start off with 3500 so u put Gold-3500 in ur notes if u buy or sell something u keep track of it in the notes.

There is aslo a consul containing 5 people. we come up with decisions there r spots still open but here r the consul members so far.

Guys, it's sad to say, but DR hasn't been seen or heard from in ages. And, by ages, I mean 8 months and a week ago from THIS post. If you would like to join a rebuilt Scratch Wars (I haven't rebuilt it yet, but I might if I get positive feedback), please comment on my forum post, "A Few More Good Questions," (yes, I have used the forums to ask several questions) as a response to question 5 or 6. Or both.

Hello, DementedRock. I, Aexis, would like to join the consul. Please tell me what the prerequisites are to becoming a consul member and what I would do as one. As soon as I get a response to this comment I will add a politically neutral weapons manufacturing country and begin producing. I await a reply. Thank you.
Unless... should I create the country first? Anyone can answer if they can; please do. Also a question remains as to in which gallery I do the PRODUCING (posting of weapon projects) and in which I do the WARRING (if I were to break my neutrality). Please, anyone, answer.

To clarify: I await a POSITIVE response and only THEN will I add a politically neutral (and thereby IMPENETRABLE and INDEPENDENT) weapons manu country WITH SPECIFIC LAWS (rules) and begin producing.
