It's simple, You right click on a animated gif, Then click the word, "Save Image As". THEN You save the gif as something, then click "Ok"!!! When you go to make a sprite (on Scratch) draw a sprite, and hit "ok" Then you know, you'll have a sprite. Then click "Import", and find the gif you downloaded when you found the gif hit "ok" (agian!) and all the costumes of the gif will appear! (Note: The best way to make a gif move is to use his script, When Space Key Pressed, Forever, Next Costume, Wait 0.1 sec.)
