Up arrow keys to "jump," right to "scroll forward" No background, sprite, just one script http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/274394_sm.png Flashcards engine http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/271517 You can add questions and answers to the lists, remove the "delete list" in the beginning, and press the green flag. The program will alternate the question and answer variable based on what you have in your list, when you press the space key. So you can quiz yourself=) http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/271517_sm.png Scratchcel Spreadsheet thing http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/269601 This is my first test/demo of a project I'm working on that attempts to emulate a spreadsheet program such as Excel 2007. It took awhile for me to figure out a way to identify each cell, but I figured it out. Heres what I have so far: -Fast Grid Drawing: DONE -Cursor: DONE -Cell Identifyer: DONE -Arrays: DONE -Keyboard support: Partial -Tools: Pending -Functions: Pending -General Awesomeness: Priceless. Update 3: Added a piece of script so that "value" box would display the value in the cell upon selection. Update 2: Value Input of numbers added Update 1: Cell Identifier http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/269601_sm.png Midpoint finder http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/268760 This small proj finds the midpoint of a segment, the midpoint of that segment, and the midpoint of the segment made from the midpoint of a segment made from the midpoint of a segment. Boring because I was bored...yeah...move the sliders around the adjust the A and B (just make sure A is always less than B) and press the green flag. http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/268760_sm.png fuse http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/263759 Ok...press 'space' to begin drawing the fuse, and then press 'space' again when done. Watch the spark travel up the fuse, burning it up as it goes, and explode the bomb thing. http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/263759_sm.png list scrolling hack http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/261780 Anyway...I took gadgetmans scroll wheel project and applied it to scratch lists. Please download it to scroll through the list with the scroll wheel. Wait for 100 random numbers to be generated and then scroll wheel away! http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/261780_sm.png semiworking sorter http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/260512 It involves showing a list, so download it for it to work... Anyway...I saw Archmage's and Jen's sorting projects, and they are quite complicated, as you can imagine, since sorting isnt really that simple in Scratch. Well...I decided that I didnt know a think about programming number sorting, but that couldnt stop me, so I just made this little project that can sort numbers that logically makes sense to me. And it works! Well semi-works. Let me explain: Occasionally, a number or 2 wont be in the right spot, and the project extamporaneously (Spell check plz) deletes a lot of numbers...but STILL, when its done (sorting 20 numbers takes about 2 seconds) you can see that it actually works! And I dont know a thing about sorting... http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/260512_sm.png abstract art http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/256463 Adjust the time and what do you get? Well, depending on your imagination (such as it is), it could be...smoke, a double helix, a weird vase, a spiral staircase, a spiral slide...just some strange shape composed of the sine functions, whatever. Press the green flag to see it again. Its oddly entrancing. http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/256463_sm.png mathematical chaos http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/256440 Yup Space bar to switch between 2 modes of complete, utter mathematical CHAOS.. P key for added chaos. http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/256440_sm.png Stickville: Reactions DEMO http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/256378 This is a bit of an update to the demo which fixes the movement bugs online, though the jumping though slightly improved is still erratic>=(, which causes the stickperson to sometimes fall into the black tar. SO I added 2 basic controls that move around your stickguy that allows you to respawn and also check your level. These 2 controls come in handy (in a way youre never gonna imagine, in lvl 5) Heheheheh And download it and it works well http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/256378_sm.png draw your own character: scratch 1.3 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/256375 doesnt work online sorry draw your own character=) up to 12 segments only, using lists, as infinitely logging your mouse movements caused the pen to draw too slowly. I think it can support more than 12 segments at a time though. The drawing rate is 1 segment per second. Click to draw, and press space when done, and use arrow keys to move your picture=P that wouldve required 24+ variables in scratch 1.2 http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/256375_sm.png mouse recorder: scratch 1.3 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/254811 Yes I know Archmage and Doofus and other people have already done this, but this one lets you adjust your frame rate (1-100) and shows the amount of frames you have recorded=) I made this completely from scratch (hahaha) with my own scripts http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/254811_sm.png Scratch 1.3 Test: Scratch City http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/254795 It doesnt work online sorry...its scratch 1.3 Build 1-story houses by clicking and as your population grows your houses will update themselves to 2 story houses=) http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/254795_sm.png 4 way scroller http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/250160 I was bored today, so I decided I'd just make a basic 4 way scroller thingy, yeah I know... Its not a game, it just scrolls... Very simple and colorful http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/250160_sm.png trig fun http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/blahdeblah/249374 v2 just fixes a bad script Trig=D http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/blahdeblah/249374_sm.png
