Animation shoes

*AMAZING COINKIDINK* I got new shews the day after I finished that. Mostly because I wore them down insanely with the rockets and all. So I know this animation doesn't have much of a plot, nor is it coloured, but it was all so that I could enter it before the 20th. (:b Yeah, for the contest) Me and Duckie made it up while he was in my house about a week ago, and most of the time since then has been outlining everything, so I figured it wouldn't be a good idea in the intrest of time to colour everything. That might be for later. Probably not. For those of you (most of you) who have ABSOLUTELY no idea about context, The_Flaming_Duck is one of my friends in real life, which would be why I said he was in my house, and why I have the portions in his house mostly accurate (xD yeah I know I forgot the plant). He shows up as "Dan" in the Skype comment. He also said "U MIME" (pulled from an earlier convorsation) as a drawn-out retaliation to me noting that his new sweatshirt sorta looked like mime apparel, then dubbing him "the world's most talkative mime". It's been a while since I did one of these... I did this one in the spirit of haloween. And because I realized I could. Timing is impossible to predict online xD I changed it like 4 times. Also, I realize I said "one" instead of "clown". Ready to Die

No, I'm not really going to die or quit. This is a soapbox. 1a. First of all, the other two people in the middle and far left are two I made up. Really, I only developed Krisjan, the one in the middle, though. I didn't feel like making another one so I plopped a name, Dimitri, and an appearence on the drums. I was inspired by a tutorial on how to make characters created by Sheeply, a user on DA who made a three-part tutorial on characters as well as an RP etiquitte sheet. I wondered why there was no RPG on Scratch yet that involved JUST NORMAL PEOPLE, so I created a character for it even though if it existed I wouldn't even use it because I cannot RP. 1b. On the subject of RPG's, I read in the character creation tutorial that there is a kind of character which when done properly, which many people will end up not liking. This is the Mary-Sue. (or Gary Sue or Author's Pet or whatever) This is the character which you see as yourself, except near flawless. This character of yours is talented, beautiful, and you want everyone to like this person, because you feel they are a part of you. In other words, if someone hates your character, you take it personally. Avoid this. 2a. Death. Yes, no one likes it, but we all have accept it. There comes a time in life when you have to stop counting the twitches of a dead body to resemble life. When things die, we must move on. Now, it is perfectly normal to greive over your losses, but it's not okay to try to bring them back to life. 2b. This brings me to a very controversial topic. Invader Zim. I watched the show some way back when it was still on the air. 2 years back, I watched all the episodes again. Then, a year and a French notebook full of IZ - themed doodles, the fad at Scratch started. Now, I understand that the show has ended, mostly because of how dark (and sometimes gory) it was. What most people don't get is that Jhonen signed a conract stating he will never go back to Viacom. Also fan fiction Invader Zim is probably one of the worst things I've ever pity-read. My point is, it's great and all if you like the show, it'd be nice if you didn't blatantly obsess over it, but PLEASE DO NOT make fan fictions based upon Invader Zim. Most of them (no offence meant towards anyone) are terrible and miss the whole dark humour that gives the show its charm. 3a. On a dying-related note, I'm trying to hold back on the amount of Scratch I do every day to catch up with school. I am not going to quit anytime soon. If you read through that, congrats. Now understand it. This is what I get for wasting my time on the internet. This is what I'm doing intead of something great I'm working on. This might end up being one of those things that people remix with their character because it takes no effort. If that happens, I don't care. I got the audio from a youtube thing.

I dunno. I made a drawing of mahself, wearing a light green vest and black everything else. Really just to test out a new style of shading. No, I am not trying to be anybody. Or reference anything. No, I will never RPG. EVER. Nor will I join yours. Or anyone else's. I might try commission art, though. Or commission animation or something. I guess I'm talking to myself again... Extra points if you can tell me the song that I took this small clip from. Heck, I'll take a request from you. Just for the song name and artist. This is going to get stuck in my head... I'd like you all to notice that my head is not wider than my shoulders. This makes the drawing look more realistic. No, I will not take any cat requests. Unless you can guess the song. But don't start requesting until after the 22nd of August. 2009. I should shut up now...

Long Vacation Time

In case the flower comics get taken down while I'm gone, this pretty much says I'll be gone from Sunday to the 31st. I might have a miniscule amount of time on the 22nd, but I doubt it. If it gets taken down, and you want to see the flower comics, I can send them to you. Hooray for black humor.

How to deal with Problems

How to deal with all your problems. This can also apply to problems other than quitting. Verily. Press Space. OK, so everyone needs to see this. I mean, if you all can take your problems and just move on, who knows what you could get done.

Sync test.

Don't pay attention. This is a sync test, to see if this method will work in my next It-sounds-really-interesting-but-I-probably-won't-finish-it Project. Except this time I might actually finish it since it's really easy.

Save the Rare Endangered Spy Crab!

Quick backstory - Today I climbed a mountain with my neighbors and friends, and while going down I kept walking like a spy crab. Spy crabs are a rare endangered species in Team Fortress. Look it up for more info. Explosive kneecaps. So here's a small animation of me bein' a spy crab/Zoidberg since I couldn't figure out how to animate an actual spy crab kind of thing. Also, the music is I was Born (a Unicorn) by The Unicorns, which doesn't fit. At all. Song suggestions are welcome. Also, this next two weeks I'm playing in a rock band (Drums, then Guitar), so if we make anything decent, I might put it up. Happy birthday. I was going to try to do something witty, but then at about 2:00 I realized I was really tired. I made something anyway. So I think it's still your birthday in California... if not Alaska. At least it was when I put it up.
