Sniper v. 1.0

So, this is the first level of a game that I'm thinking of making and I thought that I'd put it up for comments. The beginning, very beginning of the second level is there too, but it doesnt work yet. Put up comments, suggestions, and ideas for other levels and for the game in general. First level of my sniper game, if you like it I'll keep on programming, I know its short, and a little glitchy, but its only the 1st lvl. If you have a good idea for another lvl, dont hesitate to comment with it. Also, the beginning of my idea for the second lvl is on their also, doesnt work, and there arent any enemies. To Spin

Whether or not this works entirely depends on the speed of your computer. But what should happen is when you click then spin it the star should keep spinning at relatively the same speed. Thx =D
