It can bounce off the yellow and red lines, but you only have 30 seconds to complete each level. The score you get is related to how much time you have remaining. On each level you can have as many attemps as you like (within 30 seconds). If the ball gets stuck, you can reset it. Controls Mouse - (aim) Spacebar - (fire) Z - (reset ball) Don't forget to post your score! http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/superslug/177504_sm.png Reflex Tester http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/superslug/157208 How quickly can you press the correct arrow key? You have 10 questions, but getting the answer wrong gives you an extra question! PLEASE POST YOUR TIMES! Try to destroy all of the white aliens. When the white aliens are all destroyed, they will come back but the points you get each one double each time they reset. The aliens move faster and faster as the game progresses. After playing this game, feel free to post your score and level reached! In this Version Aliens can now shoot back!!! http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/superslug/149146_sm.png Flame Tests! http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/superslug/145888 Controls: mouse + spacebar Information: In this project, you can drag the brown handle on the wire with the mouse. Dip the wire into any of the chemicals along the bottom, and then into the flame to see what colour it will go. The acid will remove any substance on the end of the rod. The ? chemical is randomly chosen when you press spacebar. Try to work out which it is each time. Challenge: If there are any up-and-coming scratch members out there who want a small challenge, then they can try add code to this project and try to make a system where you have to select the right answer to answer the question of which chemical is in the ? jar. Finally: All the information in this project is correct (ie. the flames do go these colours in real life). Controls: Arrowkeys or mouse drag: move point a Spacebar: draw triangle C: clear screen Move point 'a' around with the mouse or by the arrow keys. The variables: 'AB', 'BC', and 'AC' are the distances between each of the points. The variables 'a', 'b', and 'c' are the angles at each point, 'a' is always 90 and the other two are worked out using the asine function: b = asin (AC/BC) c = asin (AB/BC) Don't forget to click the Love it button! http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/superslug/144826_sm.png Rabbit Simulation http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/superslug/132267 In this simulation you can control several factors affecting the rabbits way of life: + How much grass a rabbit has to eat to give birth (and you only need 1 rabbit for this!) + How long the rabbits live (in seconds) + How quickly the grass is regrown - you can also stop the grass regrowing totally by clicking on the rain cloud. Try to make a stable enviroment where the rabbits and the grass can live together in harmony!!! Please leave a comment and tell me what you thought. To turn the edges on or off press the button in the bottom right. Adjust the rotation speed with the slider. How it works: The rotating cube is made by joining the lines between 8 vertices, whose position is calculated using sine and cosine functions of a variable which increases at the rate of the rotation speed. http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/superslug/119901_sm.png Shoot Aliens Game V2 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/superslug/105574 THIS GAME MAY RUN SLOWLY ONLINE.
