Changed background to show instructions only until the user clicks the stage. Also, hides ghost and witch until user clicks the stage. This change clears up the stage while the user is playing. Changed movement loops for ghost and witch to respond to bait. The bait stays around until the witch and/or ghost have been touching (eating) it for 1.5 seconds.
