SCRIPT - GUIÃO First you learn something about the days of the week spoken in five languages derived from the Latin, then you can play a game. Primeiro aprendes algo sobre os dias da semana falados em cinco idiomas derivados do Latim, depois, podes jogar um jogo: INSTRUCTIONS - INSTRUÇÕES When the mouse touch one apple, it says the name of a day of the week in one language that matches the nationality of the trees. You must drag the fallen apples and put them back on the proper tree. If you fail, the apple falls again and you loose one point. If you put it on the right tree, it changes the color and you win one point. If you give up, press "S" to see the nationality of the apples. If you press "Z" the apples go to the trees. Quando o rato toca numa maçã, ela diz o nome de um dia da semana num idioma que coresponde à nacionalidade das árvores. Deves arrastar as maças para as respectivas árvores. Se falhares, elas voltam a cair e perdes um ponto. Se acertares, mudam de cor e ganhas um ponto. Se desistires, prime "S" para veres a nacionalidade das maçãs. Tesouro(Treasure)

INSTRUCTIONS You can find a treasure if you follow the hints. But these are mysterious and you need to think a little before understand them. Don't give up too much soon, because the spot really exists on the Earth surface. INSTRUÇÕES Podes achar um tesouro se seguires as pistas. Mas estas são misteriosas e precisas de pensar um bocado antes de as entender. Não desistas muito depressa, porque o lugar existe mesmo sobre a superfície terrestre. Leite(Milk)

INSTRUCTIONS Drag one recipient, (except the big one), to touch the top or the bottom of another, in order the milk can flow from the upper to the lower one. You win when you can get 6 lts of milk in one recipient. If you give up, you press "S" and follow the instructions to get the solution. INSTRUÇÕES Arrasta um recipiente, (excepto o maior), até tocar o fundo ou o topo de outro, por forma a que o leite verta do superior para o inferior. Ganhas quando conseguires 6 lts num dos recipientes. Se desistires, prime "S" e segue as instruções para obter a solução.

Reactor

INSTRUÇÕES Lê as legendas dos primeiros quadros para aprenderes algo sobre o funcionamento de uma central nuclear. Depois, usa as setas do teclado para subir e descer as barras de cádmio que controlam a velocidade da reacção em cadeia dentro do reactor. Não deixes que a produção de energia entre muito no vermelho ou desça muito no azul. Olha que o reator demora a reagir à mudança de velocidade. O jogo termina quando atinges 500 pontos ou quando perdes por deixar parar ou rebentar o reactor. INSTRUCTIONS Read the first labels to learn something about the operation of a nuclear power plant. Then use the arrow keys to move up and down the bars of cadmium that control the speed of the chain reaction inside the reactor. Do not let the production of energy reaching too much in the red or in the blue because it can blow up or stop the reaction. Be aware that the reactor takes some time to react to changing speed. The game ends when you get 500 points or when you lose leaving the reactor stop or burst. ISTO É UMA simulação muito simplificada da reacção em cadeia operada numa central nuclear, onde a fissão dos átomos liberta enorme quantidade de energia (em MegaWatts) que, se for mal controlada pode fazer rebentar o reactor provocando um desastre ecológico. Por outro lado, travando demais a reacção, esta pode parar. Repara que cada átomo atingido emite duas partículas que vão atingir outros átomos e todos libertam muita energia quando se dividem. THIS IS A very simplified simulation of the chain reaction operated in a nuclear power plant, where the fission of atoms releases huge amounts of energy (in megawatts) that, if poorly controlled can blow the reactor causing an ecological disaster. On the other hand, lower speeds can stop the reaction. Note that each hit atom emits two particles that will hit other atoms and all of them release a lot of energy when they are divided.
