To rotate, use left and right keys to change the x-z plane. The up button changes the pitch but there is no down. D is the distance you are away from the screen in pixles and s is the distance between the cube and the screen but D is used in the same way. Please comment constructivly so i can change it and feel free to download aswell. Thankyou :D
