HOW I MADE THIS In some photos (like the top middle), the mouse position controls the amount of the image effect. In other photos (like the bottom middle), the mouse position controls the rate of change in the image effect. I ended up going on the website and finding how someone else had done it: "point in direction (180 - direction)". I still find this confusing but it works really well. Then I turn a random amount to make it more interesting.
