This is a simple Scratch OS I made in about an hour and a half. I just imported pre-loaded projects on Scratch 1.2.1 and configured them to work like Scratch OS apps. All backgrounds are also pre-loaded. The only thing off the internet was the Windows Vista 'Start" icon. I didn't bother with the graphics. I just wanted to keep my little brother occupied for a bit. This OS has: -Pac-Man -Pong -Fish Chomp -Fun With Animation It may be a little glitchy though. I know that in pong, if the ball touches the quit sign it says "gamve over" and sometimes gammes just quit for no reson. If that happens to restart. Enjoy!
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Hobbs1100/139280_sm.png DreamPad OS http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Dream_Makers/137387 This is a Scratch based operating system. I would like to join the competition between the other os's (Pixbites, dude os, etc.) What im for: I have made this out of countless hours of tiring work and I would like to present to you: a new "polished" look to operating systems. Something that created with real programming might even stand a chance as a PDA in todays world (okay, maybe not, but you never know?). Something that isnt based off something else. (Nothing with a start bar. I hate start bars.) So, this is my take at the operating system scratch bonanzaa. People, I bring you Dream Pad! Thank you PS: You might have to download it
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Dream_Makers/137387_sm.png Lol http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/higgie93/88557 bro made this
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/higgie93/88557_sm.png weird breackdancing http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/higgie93/88066 space is to play the song use the arrow keys to make him breackdance
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/higgie93/88066_sm.png ??? http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/higgie93/88075 RANDOM
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/higgie93/88075_sm.png ScratchComp OS 1.0 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/hmnwilson/33284 EDIT: OS 2.0 is out! ScratchComp, short for Scratch Computer (Kind of obvious) is a computer simulation I made with (so far) 3 programs built in and 3D graphics. When you see the start button, it's fully started up and you can open the programs. So far the 3 you can get are Paint, Music Player and Photos. You can ONLY OPEN ONE PROGRAM AT A TIME. If one's open arleady, Start won't work. Close the running program to open it again. Here's how all the programs work: Paint: Use the mouse to draw all over the white part. Press the colored buttons at the bottom to switch to that color. Color+ and Color- customize your pen color, and Pen+ and Pen- change the pen size. If you make a mistake, select the eraser to erase it. When you exit Paint, you will be asked if you want to save your drawing. if you press Yes, when you reopen paint, it will still be there. It will also appear in the Photos Gallery (see photos.) Music Player: It has 11 quick music tracks that you can play. While one's playing, you can press the red circle to stop it. Photos: When you start there will only be 2 pictures, but if there's a photo saved in Paint, it will appear in the gallery. PREVIEW FOR OS 2.0: Pong! The classic game will be on it! It MIGHT have a 1P-2P option, but that's not a promise.
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/hmnwilson/33284_sm.png SCRATCHSOFT COMPUTER 2 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/jigglypuff2/54952
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/jigglypuff2/54952_sm.png AquOS http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bensor/85133 Click the Green Flag to begin. The X button closes all windows. Use toolbar to navigate. Now including Music.
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/bensor/85133_sm.png PixBites 1.0 OS http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Raccoonmedia/84059 Thanks for using PixBites 1.0! One of the top loved Scratch Operating Systems on Scratch! This is now way out dated. It used to be one of the best. Now, newer Scratch OS's have been built better. But I do know that PixBites is very popular! After 3 months of expiriance, PixBites 2.0 is being worked on and will put PixBites 1.0 to shame... Online, PixBites 1.0 doesn't work very well. But if you DOWNLOAD THIS, IT WILL WORK BETTER. Just like it was supposed to be. Anyway, here are the apps: -Artsy -Wild Word -Jammin' -PixMail Note: Slippypenguin is now deleted, so don't bother. Enjoy! P.S. The previous project notes said this version was the best... well it was good at the time. My bad.
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Raccoonmedia/84059_sm.png Windows XP Professional http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/OJY321/34572 Just Windows XP, you can explor it, but one hint, when you are on the scratch website, you can click on Yello's project, Grow Hogwarts, you can't play it but it brings up a screen capture of gameplay.
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/OJY321/34572_sm.png
