<img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/elm45/51735_sm.png" width="148" height="111" border="1" alt="" />This game is adapted from Robyn's dragon and caveman came. Firstly and most obviously, I changed out all of the graphics to make it baseball themed. I changed the motion of the balls so if they hit the catchers mitt they disappear as though they've been caught and to broadcast triggers for the game messages "Strike," You Win" and "Game Over." I adapted to variable to keep track of the three strikes you need to win rather than points. I defined the criteria for ending the game - either you get three strikes and win or you use up all 5 of your balls and lose. I adapted what was originally the caveman to be the catchers mitt and duplicated it twice. I adapted the motion so the three mitts move in one direction in a row of batters to make it more complex gameplay - the motion is inspired by a pitching carnival game.

Bobo will not eat every peanut he is offered. The goal is to get him to eat four.

Try not to let the fish or octopus get you! From time to time a street cleaning truck will run over you if you are not careful and you will lose. You win if you can make it 60 seconds without losing more than 10 points, otherwise you lose. Good luck!

I kept the caveman and the warrior princess. I also kept the sun but instead of 5 I used 1 over and over. I added some control to the sun and a couple dragons for interference. To make it a little more challenging you only get so many steps and so much time to score a hit on a dragon. If you get in the way of a dragon you can move backwards however, those steps count too. Also, you can only hit a dragon so many times before you lose. Which would be the opposite of the Red Sox, who WON!!

This project requires a microphone for user input, and you hit the object (the flying bat) with the required "height" level of noise until you get a score of 10. Watch the loudness meter at the bottom-left to guage how much noise you are making (100 will make baseball go to the top)...

I also changed the dragon into a warrior princess!
