Alien Pinball

<img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/BoltBait/687332_sm.png" width="148" height="111" border="1" alt="" />Alien Pinball Machine
By BoltBait

Development so far is about 14 hours.

This is painfully slow on the web, so download to play it. Sorry, but for a machine this complicated, the online player just can't handle it.

This is based on a graphic I found on the web and the Simple Pinball Base project by Paddle2See. Thanks for that!

This is a work in progress.

Stuff I still need to do:
- Fix the flippers
- Fix lower rails

/__ CLICK LOVE IT
\

HOW TO PLAY:
Use the left and right arrow keys to control the flippers. Your score is shown in the upper left, balls in lower right, bonus in upper right. Knock down all drop-targets to increase bonus multiplier.

NOTE:
If you remix this game, please don't remove my name from the splash screen and project notes. Just add your name along side of mine. Thanks!

SqueezeMaze

<img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Mike_W/495022_sm.png" width="148" height="111" border="1" alt="" />Squeeze Maze - Ludum Dare 14This was my third attempt at Ludum - the first time I made something way to complicated - and while it did get finished it was too complicated and did not do that well. My second try I was only able to get on the PC 6 of the 48 hours so while I completed something it was also fairly week. This time - I had my tools ready before hand, and a pretty good schedule. I picked a simple concept and wanted to see how far I could go with it and am happy with my work,.The toolsPC Athalon 2600XP running Windows XP, 1 Gig or RamScratch for those of you who are not familar with it - it's designed by MIT as a teaching tool for young programmers. You build blocks of code. It's very visual which is why the code directory is all snapshots of the code from the different sprites.Reasons why I think this is a good platform for Ludums.Multi - threading made easy each physical sets of blocks is it's own thread.Good messaging - sending broadcasts to every 'object/thread' is easy - limited in you can only send a fixed message with no variables.Sprite Tools - in the code, rotate, hide, resize and move are all right and standard commands.Easy to debug - the visual nature of the code as well as the single stepping option helps stretch the 24 hours.Other toolsPixel Art - Kolourpaint, Harmwave, www.cooltext.com and my LG515 cell phone, took a shot of my lawn, some decorative rock and some bricks.Audio tools - cgMusic, sfxr, audacity, my LG515 cell phone, and format factory

Bionic Battle

<img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/keroro645/493181_sm.png" width="148" height="111" border="1" alt="" />Welcome to the year 2035. The world is economically ruined. All money went towards reanimating the dead organs and simulating limbs with new bionic technology. There is a game show somewhere in Calexas. You win money for fighting the most dangerous foes with your pistol and bionic arm.

Controls:
Mouse to move and shoot.
Scroll wheel or z to change weapons.
Hold space to keep hold of the grapple.

You can unlock stages ok?
To do this beat your opponent with the 100 life setting.

Big credit to 4dragonKing.

<img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/ShoesOnMyFeet/472527_sm.png" width="148" height="111" border="1" alt="" />NO GLITCHES! I FIXED IT!Tw! You need to download the game otherwise the glitches will still be there. There is no glitches once you download it. You can only press one arrow key at a time otherwise ur guy wont move. Good luck! Enjoy!

Press Love it!

I was inspired by the game "Classroom Escape." So I decided to make a game called School Escape. You have to get passed all seven periods. The game does get harder but don't get caught by the teacher! If you do, just hit the green flag to start it over. Post if u beat the game.
All sprites were made by me and i doubt ur gonna use them but if u do, give me credit please!

Don't forget to press "LOVE IT" =P

Works best when downloaded

Hangman

<img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/BoltBait/463279_sm.png" width="148" height="111" border="1" alt="" />This is my version of the classic game Hangman.

Every time you play this game you'll get a different set of words. It includes over five hundred words in its dictionary.

You can enter your guess either by using the on-screen keyboard or your own computer's keyboard.

v1.1
Fixed a bug with the keyboard and added about 100 phrases.

v1.2
Rewrote the keyboard widget to eliminate timing issues.

v1.4
Rewrote it for Scratch version 1.4. It should be very easy for you to add words to the dictionary now. Enjoy!

NOTE: The only way to win this game is to click the "Love It" link. ;)

This is a redress of my Scratch Rocks game.

This is my take on the classic Asteroids game. It is different, but hopefully still fun.

Scratch ROCKS!

Doesn't it?

Avoid the guards, dogs, and of course the laser security system. Get caught by the authorities and the alarm will sound and your escape will be over. If you get a game over or you win and wish to play again, press the green flag to restart. Please read the back story and the instructions in the game. Also, PLEASE COMMENT! When I have time, I will consider making a sequel so I would like some feedback.

It works better offline.
