Rock Band

My latest project, Rock Band, is finally completed. My version is very similar to the real game and has many of the complex features that are presented in the real Rock Band game. This can either be a 1-player OR a 2-player game. One person on the guitar and the other on the drums. In it, the song "Say it Ain't So" is featured. There are multiple difficulties (easy, medium, hard, and expert) and there is also overdrive mode. Points, rating, and overdrive can be gained from hitting the notes in game. If your rating drops to 0 you will lose, so don't miss too many notes. In the end you will gain a ranking between 1 and 5 stars. They depend heavily on your score but also rely on a few other factors, including your percentage of the notes you hit, which can be seen when you complete the song. CONTROLS: --Guitarist q (green), w (yellow), e (red), r (blue), t (orange) --- hold the designated key to change the color of your current strum space --- press to strum 1 --- press to activate overdrive mode ---Drummer u (red), i (yellow), o (blue), p (green) --- press to hit beat 7 --- press to activate overdrive mode HAVE FUN!!! Guardian

In this game, you are stuck on a distant planet being attacked by mechanical birds.

Bubble attack

Help the spider avoid the bubbles, or shoot them. If he gets caught with no webs, the game is over. Use the arrow keys to move and space bar to shoot. M - turns off the music. P - pauses the game.

Tap, Tap, Revolution- Donkey Kong

UPDATES: *The song now ends *Your longest combo is now recorded *You lose points if you miss This is a form of the game "Dance Dance Revolution". Press the arrow keys as the red arrows pass through the green arrows. You get more points the closer you stop them to the middle of the green arrows. You can play forever, but see how many points you get during one round of the song (about 3 minutes). Can you pass 2000 points? Remember to press love it when you are done playing! Try to beat my longest combo: 30 Also my top score was 2090. Hint: Try to stop them while they are only on the yellow, to build up your combo. The more combo, the more points you get per arrow. But beware; get anything less than perfect and your combo goes down to zero!

RPG Battle 1.1

The moment you have all been waiting for, the release of my next version of RPG Battle! This update features a cleaner title screen, a special attack, the shop is working (you may not get your extra HP/MP until the next battle), the enemy now has two attacks, and many bugs were fixed. All commands in game are made through clicking buttons on screen. There are probably still many bugs in the game and so far there is only one enemy that you can fight over and over, although he gets stronger as you level up. Again, future updates will be made but not be for a while. Remember to click 'love it' and add suggestions so that I can make the game even better!

Mega Stickfight- Beta

This is the beta of my one-player arcade fighting game "Mega Stickfight". It is in working conditions but I will add more attacks and combos to make it more fun. If it goes too slow download it and it will go faster. You are the figure on the left. The Matrix

Basically the aim is to not get shot! minesweeper

My attempt at making minesweeper with scratch. Select the number of mines you want to have on the slider and then click the green flag. Click on squares to reveal how many mines are next to that sqaure. Try to flag the mines by holding space and clicking. You have limited flags. Only click on a square when it tells you it is 'ready'. 2 Player Quidditch

Player 1 uses the WASD keys and Q to throw the ball. Player 2 uses the arrow keys and down to throw. Try to score through the opposite goal for 10 points. You can tackle your opponent by flying through them. Everynow and again you may see the snitch. Catch it for 100points, (it doesnt end game.) Watch out for the bludgers which will go for you if you go too close. If you enjoy it dont forget to click 'i love it'

DealOrNoDeal

This is a remake of the gameshow, Deal or no Deal. Start off by picking a case. Then, open 3 cases. The banker will give an offer. Press the red bottun to accept the deal, or push the case for the button down to keep going. At the very end, you can either open your own case, or swap it with the last remaning case. Try to win $1,000,000! (Hint: Press the Show List buton to show the list of all the remaining amounts of cash. Press it again to hide the list.)

Missile Command v2.0

Note ... some sounds are a bit loud, so very young children probably ought to play something else! I developed this as an example for pre-1st year undergrad students of what can be done with Scratch. It took me 3 hours total to complete the first version, and another 2 hours to enhance it to add better progression of difficulty, a spy plane, a bomber, and fix some coding problems. It is a version of the popular 1980's Atari Missile Command game, with most of the key features present. It starts slowly with only a small number of slow moving incoming missiles, but things hot up as you progress. You move the crosshair with the mouse and fire a defence missile using the mouse button. You have limited defence missiles in each city, which you must defend, and the number of remaining incoming missiles is displayed. You score more for missiles hit higher in the air. You will gain an extra city for each 10000 points you accumulate, but the missiles come in faster and more come at once the further you go in the game. You will also see a spy plane fly over at high altitude after you have reached 5000 points and a bomber come across at low altitude after 15000 points. The bomb drops by 'gravity', so get it early before it speeds up too much! After almost a year away from it I tried it recently (24/7/2008) and got 56,160. Its easier with a better spec PC and mouse because firing is more reliable! Its cool that so many people have enjoyed it over the past year ... Continue to have fun!
