So I will let you decide! What glitches do you see? What do you want in it? Here's how you play: You are makign a civilization. You need to build houses and stores and paths to get people into your town. Everything is based off of something, like the population is based off of how many homes you have and the resources. I don't know if the resources are working properly yet (you can't see them. It's the Water/food variable). I tried to base them off of stores and population, so the more stores you have, the better of you are going to be. You start with two houses- Straw and Clay, and when you get enough money, you get the brick house. Stores are achieved at 120. So, post feedback and CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM! And space to get rid of what you are building ∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆ Space to return resources
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Bluestribute/211811_sm.png Scrolling Done Right http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/archmage/76150 I made this project for lyssa295 who personally asked me to make this. I used the beta version of scratch for the comments used in this project. The comment block was taken out in the newest version of scratch.
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/archmage/76150_sm.png Slot Machine http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Yakkers/146324 I've always loved the aesthetics of a slot machine (mainly coins plinking out one by one) but noticed there were no free slot machine games either on Scratch or anywhere online for that matter that featured things such as these, so I opened up Scratch and Photoshop and got to work. Press spin to roll the reels and they stop automatically. Each play costs one coin. Have fun!
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Yakkers/146324_sm.png Guardian 3D http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/the_guardian/169865 Battle 3D rendered space ships. However, if that is not the correct password, word, etc. it will not do anything. In this way, it prevents you from getting anyewhere by randomly banging on the keyboard. To enter a code simply click on the disired text box, type in the code and press the spacebar. Lets start off with somthing simple...abcdef. -HOW IT WORKS- The concepts behind this code engin arn't that exruciating difficlt to grasp. When you click the passwiord box it set the variable select to that password box's number so that you can enter text. When you hit a key it writes the "buffer" variable to that key's number. I then increses the "char#" variable by one and brodcasts a signal. Once another line of code recieves this signal, it uses to char# variable to determin the postition of the letter(1-6) and writes the corrisponding c(1-6) variable. When you hit spacebar. Another line of code reads the c(1-6) variables. If they are all correct, it broadcastes the signal that goes with that code. Such as "access" would broadcast "access" telling the computer to allow you to access something. Not to confusing? Good! -END- Fell free to remix and download.(plz give credit though :))
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/NXTGeek/179291_sm.png Waddle-Penguin http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/08jackt/206674 --GAME CLOSED-- Forum: waddlepenguin.forumotion.com
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/08jackt/206674_sm.png Clipix OS http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/08jackt/171903 ----Got featured!--- Clipix beta v1.9- This is a better version of clipix. Enjoy! Note that the version online has glitches that I don't think appear in the downloaded version--so if you like it, download it!
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/zachh/199047_sm.png Rollercoaster Tycoon Demo Beta 1 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Bluestribute/203618 it has been working, but you never know after it gets uploaded what will happen… Anyways… You draw your path, connecting the start and end pieces, and click done. Than the coaster should ride on your track. When it's done, click Restart to, well, restart. If not working, download! I added explosions and funny sayings. I did my best in adding loop-de-loops, so if you want one, click the loop button. You can than choose, if you want the sayings, to click it again which will revert the pen back to it's original color. Loops aren't perfect, but they work (if you have enough speed).
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/Bluestribute/203618_sm.png Scratch OS v1 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/mudkip/181947 I've seen a couple of these floating around, and decided to make one of my own. There is no "version info" or "word processor" yet, though you can play Jetman from the games menu (i would suggest you check this out LAST), you can listen to 3 songs from the music menu, and you can change the background on the control panel menu. If you're confused about something, have a suggestion, or notice a glitch, please comment! v2 will include word processor and version info (which will basically be project notes), and anything else you suggest. Enjoy! Also, sorry about the loooong loading time. I'll tell a story here to keep you occupied (if you need it). Once upon a time there was a scratcher named Mudkip. He made lots of projects and liked scratch very much. For a long time he made many projects, and then he made an ultimate project that was so totally awesome that it never actually was made. Wait what? THERES BEEN A QUANTUM FLUX!!! who divided by 0 this time? If you're still having problems getting this project to play, try downloading it.
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/mudkip/181947_sm.png Bubbles v2 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/mudkip/181276 Use the arrow keys to move, try to collect the bubbles and avoid the mines! As you collect more bubbles you will gradually get bigger (as will the bubbles you are collecting). There are various power-ups that you can collect; you can see which ones are currently active using the nifty bar on the left side. After a point, you will become too big to avoid any more mines: do what you can do to collect those last few bubbles and post your score! If you have any suggestions or notice any glitches, please comment. Enjoy! CHANGES FROM V1: the addition of music (1st movement of Spring by Vivaldi), and I (hopefully) got rid of the glitch where the bubbles didn't appear online. HIGH SCORES: Enirahtak with 768 Polokitty91 with 599 Dreamgirl with 524 Me with 357 (why am I so bad?)
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/mudkip/181276_sm.png Slime Volleyball v6 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/mudkip/175075 This is the final version (for real this time)! Player one uses the WAD keys to move, and S to use items. Player 2 uses arrow keys to move, and down arrow for items. If you so desire, you can switch between 1 and two player mode on the options menu. You can also change the strength of gravity (the normal is .3) and select which power-ups appear. Changes from v5 are: You can now choose how hard the AI is. Levels 1 and 2 are pretty easy, 3 is standard, 4 gets a bit tough and 5 is pretty much unbeatable (not impossible though; it just takes a bit of practice. HINT: Try it with only the shrink powerup). Enjoy!
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/mudkip/175075_sm.png mario kart http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/mudkip/172885 The basis of a mario kart game i may or may not make sometime in the future. Use the up and down arrows to accelerate or brake (or go in reverse), and use the left and right arrows to move left and right. You can drive off the edge of the road, and that's about the only cool feature in this project. OBviously, there are lots of complications in turning this into a real game: if anyone feels that they could help out, leave a comment. Enjoy! The image of Mario is from the N64 version of Mario Kart
http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/mudkip/172885_sm.png Magical Typewriter http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Bluestribute/201990 Instructions: Type. When you get passed a certain point or press 1 it will delete and re-write. no punctuation so don't try it and no backspace so don't try it either. Took a really long time to make, so report any glitches and love-it if you do!
