SONG: none, its a beta Welcome to my guitar hero game.... im pretty sure ull find it the best guitar hero game on scratch so far. Every single thing in this game was made by me, with no help. including the scripts and the pictures. The only one thing that i can't take credit for was for making the origanal guitar hero game that people play on their systems. This game not only looks like guitar hero, it even has about the same rules as guitar hero, with few if none glitches.... CREDITS ARE REPEATED AT BOTTOM OF PROJECT NOTES!!!! Read the instructions below for the complete game play! ****************************************** INSTRUCTIONS (MUST READ) * ***************************************** INTRODUCTION There may be instructions in the game. but it is complete over here... for starters, this game is exactly lyk the real guitar hero, so if youve playn the real guitar hero, u wud know about hammer ons/ pull offs and star powers... if u dont, go further below. CONTROLS button : effect 1 : green button pushed down 2 : red button pushed down 3 : yellow button pushed down 4 : red buton pushed down 5 : orange button pushed down p or l : strum o : unleash star power RULES What you hav to do is to pretend you are playing a guitar. hold your keyboard up so that, if right handed, your left hand goes on to 1-5 buttons at the top. Your right hand should be on the p and/or l buttons... the reason i made two strum buttons was so that when there are really fast parts, you can double strum. BASICS 1(RULES) Anyways, what you do is hold down the button corresponding to the note floating down the board from the top. When the note touches the the line of circles at the bottom, you press the strum button. Thats all there is in the basics. THE SCREEN(RULES) There are 4 different things you should know about about the screen. The number on the left-hand side is your score. Good scores are a good thing. :) The thing below it is a multiplier. For every ten notes you hit in a row, your multiplier goes up by one. The max multiplier is 4 unless u use star power (explained later). Speaking of star power, the star power bar measures how much star power you hav. it is located on the right hand side of the screen, and is blueish. Youll learn more about this later. The thing below that is the rock meter. You want to keep the audience happy, so keep it up by playing the notes correctly. If you miss too many notes and your rock meter goes to the end of red, you will lose... that is going to happen to most of you beginners. BASICS 2(RULES) The highest note in this game is the orange button, and it gets lower and lower until it reaches green, the lowest note. IF YOU ARE NOT PLAYING A CHORD, then you are allowed to hold all buttons that are lower than the note you are playing... NOTE IT IS ONLY LOWER, NOT HIGHER... for example, if you are playing a yellow note, you can hold a red note and a green note and it wont affect your multiplier in any way. If you hold a blue note or orange note while playing the yellow note, you multiplier will reset, so dont do it. HAMMER OFFS AND PULL OFFS(RULES) Hammer off and pull off notes will be glowing. The special thing about them is that if you hit the previous note, you dont hav to strum. Note that this will never ever happen if the previous note is the same note as the hammer off and pull of note or if you are playing a chord. Although, if you play a chord, and the next note is not a chord, the next note may be a hammer off or pull of regardless of what note it is. The technique described in Basics 2 above is valid for hammer ons and pull offs. STAR POWER(RULES) Once in a while, you will notes coming down that are in a shape of a star. They will usually come in a row. The objective is to hit all of those in a row without misstrumming in the middle or missing a note. If you do this successfully, you will get some star power. If you get it twice, you will be able to unleash it by pressing o. What happens is that the multiplier multiplies by 2. Once in star power mode, star power will fade away until it is all gone. If star power notes were to come when you were in star power mode, they will not be acheiveable, so be careful of where u use star power. ****************************************** REVIEW ME PLEASE * ***************************************** please review me on my graphics, my note choice, interface, and gameplay. Also make some suggestions. It mite provoke me to make a second guitar hero game... ****************************************** REMIXING * ***************************************** I WILL NOT ACCEPT SONG REQUESTS!!! SO DONT ASK..... if you want to make your own song, go ahead. Just dont download it and share it as it is as that violates the copyright notice on all scratch projects. If you need help understanding the guitar hero scripts and coding. Please give me credit..****************************************** CREDITS * ***************************************** Programming : Sidd Singal Graphics : Sidd Singal ***************************************** please enjoy my game -siddthesquid<br> <a href="http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/siddthesquid/122937"> <img src="http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/siddthesquid/122937_sm.png" /> </a> http://scratch.mit.edu/static/projects/siddthesquid/122937_sm.png 3 SoundGraph http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/nilllill/126888 This project graphs the loudness of sound. The louder the sound, the higher the line on the graph. Your computer needs to have a working microphone for this project to work. INSTRUCTIONS Click the Green Flag, then make sounds and watch. HOW I MADE THIS The sprite uses its pen to draw the graph.
