Forum notification glitch?

I have follow some forums to get a notification when there is a new post, but even I've followed them, sometime I didn't got any notification when there is a new post. Does this happened to you too?

Forum notification glitch?

I’ve had it re-notify me when there aren’t new posts, but not vice-versa.
