~Rainmeter OS~

Rainmeter was a desktop customization tool. I thought that maybe it could be turned into a OS on scratch. It will have a Customize Mode, where you can customize almost everything in the OS. It will also come with a Browser, which will need a lot of programming, there will be a store, where you can download programs made by Collaboration Members. You don't need to apply, just post the position you want!
