We need the “Scrolling Platformers” Extension to make Scrolling platformers easier to make:

The point of scratch extensions is to make it so that you can do something that was previously not possible to do. You can already make a scrolling platformer game in Scratch. So, there is no need to make an extension.
This does not mean that you can't learn how to make an extension and make it. You can make whatever you want. I'm just saying this probably won't become an official extension.

yeah you can, but extention for it make it easier, if possible

Making this extension will make scrolling platformers easy to make.
