Add more languages into the 'Text to Speech' and 'Translate' extensions!

We are all getting well on the ‘Text to Speech’ and the ‘Translate’ extensions, and we are looking forward to add new or remaining languages to those extensions!

Currently, we are hoping for these languages to be added into these extensions:
Text to Speech
- Bulgarian
- Catalan
- Chinese (Traditional)
- Croatian
- Czech
- Estonian
- Finnish
- Greek
- Hebrew
- Hungarian
- Indonesian
- Irish
- Latvian
- Lithuanian
- Persian
- Serbian
- Thai
- Urdu
- Vietnamese
- The remaining languages from the ‘Translate’ extension that are not shown on ‘Text to Speech’.

I think Translate uses Google Translate and TTS is Amazon, so I'm not sure if they support them.
