Deadline: Take your time

Describe your order: Okay, here are stats, and you will make up what flag it could have:
Country name: Loathia
Location: Island in the middle of Black Sea
History: Established as a colony in 2024 by kazachstanas who find the region. In 2062, Loathia declared independence and started a revolution, which they won in 2069, annexing the Loathian Island. They then started prosperous living until civil war just 3 years later in 2072, where the revolters survive, splitting the island into two and naming their part nolanoinastan. 5 years later,in 2077, war broke out between Uzbekistan and Loathia, and Uzbekistan lost 3/4 of its territories. The history ends in 2078, because that's all the history i'm willing to make right now.
Economy: Stabilized
Ideology: Parliamentary Democratic Republic
Allies: Every country but Uzbekistan and nolanoinastan. If you ever need more stats, feel free to ask me!
Other: I might also join this shop. I am a HUGE geography fan and (I don't know if you heard of this) polandball/countryball fan. Not to mention flags!

I need a test… someone give me a for-fun flag of a made-up country, and I will create not just the flag, but the coat-of-arms, the countryball, AND waving version! Use this format:

I know it seems a lot for a beginner to do, but i'll try my best!

Country name: Kyrland
Location: A country landlocked in Russia near St. Petersburg
History: So in 1927, the Russian SSR decided to make a new small country called Kyrland and as soon as Kyrland was offically a country in 1929, They immediately joined the Soviet Union, In 1942, They had a civil war with the president, the president died after 9 months of the civil war, in 1943, Soldiers from Germany tried to invade the entire Kyrland SSR and parts of the USSR but Kyrland wouldn't budge, The USSR had won, In 1991, the USSR had collapsed but Kyrland didn't want to leave Soviet, So they became communist entirely, their national emblem will always be the hammer and sickle
Economy: Moderate

Allies: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus etc,
