I just went on the main forums page and it said the last post in Suggestions was by me at 12:41 (when I knew I actually posted it a few minutes ago, 17:41 my time). Then I went into Suggestions and it said 10:41. So to see if the bug was consistent, I reloaded a few times and got 12:41, 11:41, 12:41, 11:41, 18:41… It seems every time it loads it gets a time zone randomly. It happens when I look at the actual topic/post as well.

I could understand if it always showed the same wrong time, or always Scratch time or UTC, but clearly it is trying to work out my time zone and nearly always getting it wrong so I'm going to say this is a bug.

It might be related to this (about comment times).

Edit: this seems to have come back and is affecting other parts of the website.

Time zone problems. It's annoying for me, too.

(However, it rarely happens when I'm logged in. It happens every time when I'm logged out, usually switching to either UTC or Eastern. And Eastern is much more rare.)

Yeah, I haven't seen it since a couple of days after I posted this.

This has happened with the messages page as well (but I'm not sure if it still does).
