Have you seen the Questions About Scratch forum..

I think you should add that with the new block plugin, you can color blocks with hex.

Can you update this? There's a new syntax for custom C blocks, and predicates are now diamond shaped. And you can set blocks to any color.

Not yet a Knight of the Mu Calculus.
