Discuss scams or the infamous Amazon Scam.

The Amazon Scam is a scam where a message displays on your browser:

You've been selected for a $1,000 Amazon gift card! Click this link and you will get it!

I've gotten this message 2 times.

Is the edit update here?

surprise surprise, i rely on firefox to block junk. i dont use an ad blocker here, i don't mind griffpatch getting money for the ads.

Haha same, firefox blocks the scam autoplaying video and disables those fake pop-up images.
