During the 1.4 to 2.0 migration of the projects, all of the 3rd level comments did not make the trip.

Before on 1.4 our projects would get a comment, we would respond, then the original poster would respond to our response making a 3rd level comment.

Those 3rd level comments did not get converted from 1.4 to 2.0.

It was also reported in 1.4 (by me ) and it's on the bug tracker. Apparently it isn't important

As Hyperbola said, it's on the bug tracker and we are definitely going to fix it, don't worry!
