The Inside Group :O
Founder (1): Creator of QPS group. Full power over every aspect of studio, projects, group members and, finally, the group.
President (1): Has complete authority over QPS.
Chairman (1): Ability to fire and hire members and manage projects. Takes the place of President if he/she quits. All senior members (in most cases) are immune to cuts and demotions.
Vice-Chairman (1): Ability to hire members. Takes the place of Chairman if he/she quits.
The managing people…
The Head Manager is ranked above the other 3 managers, which are equal in rank, just for different departments.
Head Manager (1): Manages every department of Melodia.
Graduate (2): Receives promotion to Manager of the studio
Scripts Manager (1): Manages the Scripts department of Melodia.
Visuals/Effects Manager (1): Manages the Visuals/Effects department of Melodia.
Audio Manager (1): Manages the Audio development in QPS.
SCRATCHPORTS TEAM MANAGER1 or 2):Manages the scratchports team and can assign people to orders, will be given password to github and sourceforge account.
SCratchPorts Mac Ports Manager(1or2): Managers scratchprts wine mac ports. will be given password to github and sourceforge account.

Normal Members
Assistant Managers (3): Helps all areas of QPS and helps the managers too
Crew (5): Can claim orders without permission. He/She will be given the password to @QuantumParticleNow alt.
Crew Member of SCRATCHPORTS(5): Helps port games from scratch to the web or windows! Will be able to access website forum.
Wineskin ScratchPorts Crew(3 or 4): Helps port games to mac with wineskin wrapper!

Training
Recruit (5): Will be promoted to Crew when spot is available. This spot is also for those who are on temporary break.
Trainee (10): May ask permission to take orders and will be invited to curate the studio. Trainees have 2 weeks to either be promoted or cut.

Special Members/Reserves/Alt(s)
Posting and personal user project alt(s) (N/A): Has complete authority in QPS management.
Advertising and distribution alt(s) (N/A): Has complete authority in QPS management
Night Shift Crew (Needs at least one manager! (Not assistant manager!))
Desc: You work at night, the hours for the graveyard shift are: 8:30 PM(Be on by 8:00 PM) to er, when it is morning I guess…
