POINTS SYSTEM

If you finish an order you get a point. If you retire/are fired you cannot use your points anymore. When you get 3 points you will have one strike removed. If you have no strikes but have more than 3 points, your points will accumulate.

Also, please say ‘Thanks for shopping at TIPS!’ ‘Have a good day and make it a productive one!’ and also include a small TIP that will help the customer (preferably advertising our services )

Activity check info:
If a staff member fails to respond to an activity check, he/she gets and activity strike (*). Get four activity strikes and you'll be fired (if you are on the board of directors you need five to get fired). You can reapply after you've been fired, but the chances are VERY low. The space between activity checks are short, but you have lots of time to respond.

Also, read this. VERY IMPORTANT
When you have finished reading this, add ‘I can’t fly' to the end of the part ‘why should we choose you’. That is the code word for now.

RULES FOR ACCEPTING WORKERS (for first and second vice presidents):

These are the basic rules. If the form is incomplete, do not hire too. Review the ‘why should we choose you’ part carefully and decide whether to accept.

ACTIVITY CHECK INFO

Every time you fail to respond to an activity check, you get a strike(*). You respond by giving indication that you're responding. Get 4 strikes and you're fired. The end. (hmm this was quite short)

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Listed in order of seniority.
1. President (total control of the shop, can hire workers, fire workers, bump orders, close down the shop etc, also needs to bump UOC and bumping stuff, writes news etc.): @congyingzhou

The following is listed from quickest to slowest.

1. BBcode/scratchblocks/signatures/ASCII text help (we are super-fast with these, and it WILL be what you want for sure)
2. Ideas (if you need less than 5 ideas in general we are very fast)
3. Logos/Banners (fast and good, as long as you don't have too many detailed requests and art)
4. reviews (also very fast, we review projects and shops the fastest)
5. thumbnails (very fast and nice)
6. advertising (you'll get lined up here)
7. writing (in a week as long as it's not too complicated/a poem)
8. voice acting (this falls in the middle because we're not sure if we have the exact voices needed)
9. coding (this also falls in the middle because there are so many variations)
10. music/sound effects (this depends on the kind)
11. art (also depends on the kind)
12. animations/intros&outro/GIFs (okay if not too complicated)

You can only change your deadline 24 hours of within you post your order.
The deadline must be at least 3 days away.
After the initial 24 hours, you can only change your deadline by -25% ONCE only, or extend it as much as you like.
You must give credit to the shop.
You cannot claim for the product to be made by you.
We don't advise you to let us create an entire game or the main bulk of a project. (that's not fun, Scratch is for learning)
Overly complicated orders are not advised, the completion speed will be slow or may be out of our capabilities.
We have the right to say your order is unqualified, either you have not given enough information, or your order form is not complete, or for other reasons. You have to fulfill the requirements.
Please fill in the survey after your order has been finished.
Please be specific in the description, and write the category that fits best from here of what you're ordering in the ‘work you want done’ section.
We will refuse to do any orders that don't abide the Community Guidelines, or have sensitive things in them (such as ‘which Scratcher/shop/studio is best’ or ‘XXX is worse than YYY’)
You must write 'food love hamsters' in the part ‘have you read the Terms of Service’ (the code word changed yes, food love hamsters now nom nom nom)
If your order is not qualified, we will not add it.

Note: Please check the topic for your order for updates. We will not notify you anywhere else, and only notify you on your profile for order completing. And please be patient. We are not robots working around the clock. ‘Fast’ does not mean less than 24 hours. This problem is caused by time zones.
