My son and I are doing a game for the 5,000,000 projects shared celebration.

This is an achievement game with a lot of secrets. We are trying to finish with 321 achievements possible.

This started as a project my son wanted to do for the 5 million projects celebration. He wanted to tell a funny but sad story about all the Scratch cats that have gotten deleted. Now it has turned into a game thanks to encouragement from other Scratchers.

Welcome aboard!

If you look at sprite4, there is a script close to the top that should show how to duplicate and change that script. That's the easiest way to make a new achievement, but if you need help let me know. I am trying to make it easier to understand and it might still be confusing.

Just remix the original project with your changes added and I will get it added into the main game!

Also looking for custom background images of sprite 4, unique background music to add, and other talents.

I can code, and I can do vector art (Sprites and Backgrounds)! What should I do?

We are very open here. Do whatever you like and we will work hard to get your remix or something inspired by your remix into the main game.

We could use code, vector art and voiceovers! Take your pick of one to all three!

To help you out, check out sprite4. This is kind of where everything starts. We are doing achievements in the game as a kind of parody of other achievement-style games. There is a block of code up top on the scripts tab of sprite4, it has a few comments to help you see how we are doing achievements.

Also, check out the costumes of sprite4. You can see where we left off last. Most of the costumes are just plain white text in Scratch font that show the title of the achievement, but I left one example of an achievement with a custom image on it. We want to stay with that kind of format for achievements, same size, blue border like it is, etc. But we will gladly accept custom achievements images.

We are mainly looking for more achievements from code collaborators, and achievement images from vector artists. However, that's not all. Like I said, we are very open here so if you have something you want to do then go for it and we will look at a best way of getting it added in somehow.

As far as voiceovers go, if you have anything you would like to say then add a new sprite and record it! You are welcome to write your own, try an alternate reading of the introduction text, or even ask us to write something new for you to say.

We are very open here, the main thing is we want to fill the rest of the achievements with unique content from as many Scratchers as we can get. We want this to be a fun and shared experience that anyone can take part in.
