I run an afterschool program and would like to use scratch to create a programming club. The one issue I have is that I cannot create email accounts for the children so that they can complete the sign-up process. I read that under-age children would be asked to use their parent's email… can I do that with 10 children?

I have set up at least 3 accounts on my email address, so I don't think they check for duplicate emails.

Sure you can! Some teachers have been known to use their e-mail accounts during the sign-up process for their students.
