As you may be thinking, ‘Why is this crazy guy who thinks he’s a Decepticon running another collab?'. The previous leader had quit and handed it down to me. You may have to bear with me here, as I do things a bit differently than how this was previously set up. Hopefully, though, I can get us running yet again.

This was previously run by ahirbhairav, who handed it down to charukeshi, who handed it to JJFABBY, who handed it to me.

What We Do
This is a team of Scratchers who work on a documentary on bullying. Our goal is to spread the word and help stop this.

Deputy Election
I do this when starting/rebooting all of my collabs. I will need one deputy, and if you are interested, you will need to write a speech.

All speeches are due Monday, September 1st. Voting will begin then, and end that Friday.

Ground Rules
Just to make sure that everything is in order, I will have a set of rules here as well as penalties.

• Respect everyone and their ideas
  
• Absolutely no arguments. Discussions are fine as long as they are professional/friendly.
  
• Get your work done on time.
  
• Alert us if you are unable to complete your work on time for any reason.
  
• No spamming.
  
• Always follow the Community Guidelines.
  

This will be a three strike system. Only the deputy and I may administer warnings and strikes. It is as follows:
- First offense: Warning.
- Second: A strike
- Major offense: As many strikes as deemed necessary, or an automatic suspension.

- Three strikes: 1 week suspension.
- Second time: 2 weeks
- Third: A month
- Fourth: You will no longer be a part.

Hope the rules didn't scare you off, I just want to make sure this runs as smoothly as possible.

I've never actually seen any bullying occur ever. All I have seen is teachers and occasionally parents saying “DIS BULLYIN IS BAD” when no events are seeming to happen.

Let's not be so quick to jump on the troll label. If they don't spend a lot of time online - or their time online is in a highly monitored environment - they may not have personally encountered it. It's an interesting data point, if that is the case - perhaps incidents of bullying are not as wide-spread as we have been told by some sources. Or maybe preventative efforts are starting to have an effect

There IS quite a bit of bullying, but, star, no reason to report just because of ignorance. And I completely agree with paddle.
