No need to add a custom “Report” button just for this, though - there's already a “Report this user” link right there on the profile page. (It doesn't show up on your own profile but you can look at someone else's to see it)

Full support! I would maybe suggest a limit of characters, like twenty, and you can report labels if they're inappropriate.

I'm a basically a potato or cat or something with a very dark sense of humor who likes steampunk, traditional art, Skyrim, etc.
